All our jewellery is MADE TO ORDER unless described as READY TO SHIP. Our regular making time is 3 weeks, but some items might take longer.

Custom and bespoke jewellery usually takes 4-6 weeks from design/quote approved and deposit cleared. In some cases, if gemstones are sourced from overseas suppliers, it might take a few weeks more. A time frame will be arranged with you prior agreeing to go ahead and we will always keep you in the loop.

Within the first 6 month of purchase, rings in our READY to SHIP section can be resized at no extra cost unless stated in the description that bigger sizes can incur a fee. Please get in touch if you need any adjustments after purchasing. 

 

To find out your size,  we advise that you please check with your local jeweller to get a professional assessment. Please do not use home methods as they are usually not accurate, specially the paper strip or the string around your finger.  Get in touch if you have any doubts and we will be able to help you out if the ring is meant as a gift and you don't know the size.

All our rings can be custom made in different gold colour/carat or with different size/shape of Diamonds, more diamonds, less diamonds, different gemstones, etc. Please enquire to discuss options.

When items are completed, you may collect from our studio in Piha, Auckland. Alternatively, jewellery pieces can be couriered anywhere in NZ free of charge if your order is above $750 NZD.

 

International orders are shipped from $65NZD.

All our jewellery comes beautifully packaged, ready for presenting to a loved one and to store safely when jewels are not being worn.

 

Rings above $1000NZD come in a complementary eco-friendly wooden box, handcrafted in New Zealand from sustainable timber, supporting reforestation initiatives. All other items come in sleek black boxes .
