All our jewellery is MADE TO ORDER unless described as READY TO SHIP. Our regular making time is 2-3 weeks for sterling silver jewellery. For gold and diamond jewellery requiring gemstone setting making time can take longer, up to 5-6 weeks. If your order is URGENT, please get in touch as whenever possible, we will try to work within your timeframe.

Bespoke jewellery and remodels usually take 4-8 weeks once design is agreed upon, quote is approved and a deposit is made. In some cases, if gemstones are sourced from overseas suppliers, it might take a few weeks more for shipping and customs clearance. A time frame will be arranged with you prior going ahead and we will always keep you in the loop.

 

R I N G   S I Z I N G 

Rings in our READY to SHIP section can be resized at no extra cost ONCE before shipping and within the first month of purchase; unless stated in the description that bigger sizes are priced differently, in which case you will need to pay the price difference. Please get in touch if you need any adjustments after purchasing. Sizing after the first free sizing or a month from purchase will incur the regular sizing fees plus shipping costs.

To find out your size,  we advise that you please check with Julia or at your local jeweller to get a professional assessment. Please do not use home methods as they are usually not accurate, specially the paper strip or the string around your finger.  If the ring is meant as a gift and you don't know the size, get in touch and we will help you out.

All the items in this website can be customised to make them your way! Items can always be made in different gold colour/carat or with different size/shape of stones. With bigger diamonds, more diamonds, less diamonds, different gemstones, etc. Custom engravings are also available. You name it! Please enquire to discuss your options.

Bespoke pieces and remodels are always one of kind designs developed for you and together with you. It is important that you have a budget in mind prior your consultation as this helps me define your options.

S H I P P I N G    I N F O

When collecting directly from Julia in Piha-Auckland or from an agreed-upon nearby area is not an option, you can always get your new items shipped to you at any national or international destination.

 

Ready-to-ship items in our store will be shipped right away or the following business day if your order comes through outside business hours.

 

For Made-to-Order/Custom/ Bespoke and Remodels, when the new work is completed, Julia will be in touch to arrange the collection of the pieces. Alternatively, it can all be couriered anywhere in NZ free of charge if your order is above $750 NZD or with a flat fee of $15 NZD. International orders are shipped from $65NZD. 

 

 P A C K A G I N G

All our jewellery comes beautifully packaged, ready for presenting to a loved one and to store safely when jewels are not being worn.

 

Rings above $1000NZD come in a complementary eco-friendly wooden box, handcrafted in New Zealand from sustainable timber, supporting reforestation initiatives. All other items come in sleek black boxes or moss green pouches with a double pocket, perfect to take your jewellery with you wherever you go.

R E T U R N S,    R E F U N D S   &  E X C H A N G E S 

As a maker, selling my work is part of supporting my art, therefore the majority of profit (if any!) made from sales is reinvested in tools and materials in order to create more pieces and keep doing what I love. I don't consider myself a business owner because this is my craft, not a business as you would imagine with a store and employees. One day hopefully I'll get to have my own little gallery, a girl can dream! But for now, I craft my work from a cosy room in our house that I have turned into my workshop/home studio, nestled in the Waitakere Ranges. ❤︎  

As a designer, maker and the single person behind this 'operation', I take care that each piece is made with dedication and care and each order leaves my workshop in excellent fresh-of-the-bench condition. However, if once you receive your items you notice something is off, please get in touch immediately! I DO NOT offer REFUNDS under any circumstances, but if for any reason you need an exchange, whenever possible I will be happy to take the item back and issue a credit note or exchange it for something else of the same value that is already in stock.

 

Items that were worn will not be accepted. Only items in their original NEW condition without showing any signs of wear, with intact original packaging and within 10 days from purchase will be considered. Julia reserves the right to reject an exchange request if we consider that the items do not present the conditions to be taken back.

We do not take any responsibility for items damaged or lost during transportation if you are getting your items shipped instead of collecting them directly from Julia.
